• Reviews must be respectful of authors and readers / users of other viewpoints, use moderate language and explain in detail the problems / issues raised by a negative review, if one is offered. A similar rule applies to comments made on all reviews. CBR reserves the right to determine what constitutes a disrespectful or overly negative attitude towards a user or author.

• CBR reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account and moderate comments or reviews without the permission of the user should terms and conditions be breached. Suspended and expelled users will be notified of their status, and will have opportunity to make redress if willing to do so.

As with all websites which are driven by user-generated content, there is a need for close moderation and a strict attitude towards content. At the same time, we aim to encourage constructive debate without stifling the right to one's opinion.
